Injection Molded Magnets
Polymer-bonded magnet materials molded into complex net-shape parts with repeatable dimensions and integrated features.
Rotors, encoder wheels, miniature devices, complex shapes

Material and performance notes
Injection molded magnets trade peak magnetic strength for shape freedom, dimensional repeatability, and integrated features. They are often used when geometry, pole pattern, or assembly efficiency matters more than maximum flux.
Magnetic powder is compounded into a polymer binder, allowing thin walls, complex shapes, shafts, hubs, slots, and molded locating features.
Magnetic output is lower than sintered NdFeB, but parts can support precise multi-pole patterns and repeatable high-volume molding.
Useful for encoder wheels, small rotors, sensor targets, and compact components where net-shape molding reduces secondary assembly.
