Magnetic assemblies are selected when the magnet has to become part of a functional module, not just a loose component. Performance depends on magnet material, molded carrier design, alignment, retention, and the surrounding plastic or housing.
Best fit when the customer needs a finished module, molded carrier, latch, sensor target, charging array, or retained magnet assembly.
Plastic integration can improve positioning, handling, retention, and repeatability compared with loose magnets assembled later.
